- It's been a long road, but I want to get back to the person I was who adored cooking. I want to take recipes and mess with them so much that they become mine. I want to have an ingredient in my head and spend the day figuring out what I can do with it. I want to enjoy the simplicity of making great food and I want to share it with other people, so they can mess with my recipes and make something even better. Doesn’t that sound like fun?
